I control my narrative.

This is my truth.

I was raped, sexually harassed, sexually abused, and sexually manipulated.

This is my truth.

I lived in a highly toxic domestic violence household for 23 years of my life.

This is my truth.

My biological family felt guilt for my mother’s death and instead of finding therapy and healing, decided to project onto me by bullying and abuse.

This is my truth.

My chosen family is not my biological family.

This is my truth.

My chosen family feeds my soul.

My biological family does not.

This is my truth.

My biological family manipulates me to hide their malice when instead they should take a hiatus and heal.

This is my truth.

I hate myself for treating my partner poorly as a result of my child maltreatment.

This is my truth.
