Flagship Division: Creative Launchpad

Vision: To become the premier space for BIPOC and QTBIPOC individuals ready to explore their creative potential and bring bold, personal projects to life, with professional support at every step. The Creative Launchpad is a client-based service division specializing in creative direction, project development, and execution. We provide trauma-informed counseling, story-driven branding, and hands-on guidance to help clients design and launch meaningful creative works—from concept to completion.

Our clients come to us with visions as diverse as they are: from stage performances and choreography instruction (in up to 15 styles of dance, including contemporary, hip-hop, Cumbia, Salsa, and Samba), to brand development, personal storytelling, and visual/media projects.

What makes a creative? Not just artists or musicians, but anyone with the courage to let go of perfectionism, break free from societal scripts, and follow their imagination. We reject the myth that creativity belongs only to professionals or the elite—a myth born from white supremacy, colonial hierarchies, and capitalist gatekeeping.

Our vision is to help clients reclaim authorship over their stories, style, and self-expression—beyond metrics, marketability, or anyone else's mold.

Beyond Audio: Holistic Creative Support

While our tiered audio packages are designed to give you a “taste” of what we can do—clean up, mix, and master your recordings—Division I is about so much more than just sound. We serve as your Creative Launchpad, offering consultative and collaborative services that can transform any project, no matter its medium or stage of development. Examples include:

  • Event & Performance Production
    • Organizing a live stage performance (from designing themes and colors to run-of-show)
    • Designing the agenda and flow for a Pride event, fundraiser, or community showcase
    • Curating thematic elements, décor, and programming for a community gathering

    • Accolade: As Founder & Executive Director of LOGRO (2020–2023), I spearheaded two city-wide Pride Festivals—earning a Leadership Award from Make the Road NJ for organizing the inaugural festival and receiving recognition from Governor Phil Murphy for coordinating the second. This experience ensures that your large-scale events are in experienced, capable hands.

  • Choreography & Movement Direction
    • Creating original choreography for a quinceañera or wedding celebration
    • Leading boutique dance workshops—Cumbia, contemporary, hip-hop, and beyond—for cultural or corporate events
    • Coaching performers on stage presence, movement storytelling, and block-in rehearsals

  • Creative Project Consultation (In-Motion & Pre-Launch)
    • Serving as a strategic consultant for projects already underway—helping you refine your concept, troubleshoot creative roadblocks, and expand your vision
    • Advising on brand identity, visual storytelling, and narrative arc for personal essays, short films, or web series in progress

    • Crafting compelling profiles, artist statements, or “About” pages—guaranteed to resonate with BIPOC and QTBIPOC audiences
    • Guiding you through a trauma-informed storytelling process so that your lived experience becomes an asset, not a hurdle

  • Workshops & Creative Coaching

    • One-on-one coaching sessions to help you overcome imposter syndrome, refine your voice, or prepare a pitch deck for potential funders
    • Offering modular “Creative Sprint” sessions (2–4 hours) for project kickstarts—complete with accountability checklists and resource mapping

No matter where you’re starting from—whether you have a nearly finished piece that just needs polish or only a rough idea sketched on a napkin—we can help you clarify your goals, identify next steps, and bring your vision into the world. Division I is designed to be flexible, collaborative, and centered around your unique creative process. Please direct all creative project inquiries to larealreinataina@gmail.com.

Larger Projects & Custom Quotes

If you’re planning a more complex or multi-layered creative endeavor—beyond audio editing or a simple mix—we welcome you to reach out. Whether you need:

  • Full choreography and rehearsal direction for a community showcase

  • End-to-end event production for a cultural festival (including vendor curation, sponsorship outreach, and logistical coordination)

  • Brand development, narrative consulting, and multimedia planning for a web series or short film

  • Storyboard creation and logistical coordination for a short-film shoot

  • Strategic guidance for nonprofit or grassroots campaigns (leveraging my decade of experience in community organizing and Pride event planning)

…we’ll work together to scope the project, align on deliverables, and determine a fair, custom fee based on scope, timeline, and complexity. All quotes are transparent and agreed upon up front—no hidden costs, no surprises. Please direct all creative project inquiries to larealreinataina@gmail.com.
